With your tracking number you will receive further detailed information regarding your order, including delivery date. You can follow your order on a daily basis as it is shipped from our warehouse to its final delivery at your doorstep.
Delivery time, depending on your location is anywhere from one to five days. We are certain you will find our advanced method of shipping both reliable and highly efficient.

Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped in their original boxes. Should you have a particular request regarding the shipping of your cigars, please forward that request to us so that we can accommodate your specific needs.

Note: It is the purchaser's responsibility to comply with their country's tax, import and duty requirements.

Packaging: We take the utmost care in the packaging of each order. From the moment your cigars are gingerly taken out of our climate controlled humidors, and they are carefully packed, to their arrival at your doorstep, we guarantee their perfect condition. There are no surpises here.

Delivery Time: Through an innovative tracking system, you will be able to follow your order, from its departure in our warehouse to your home. With the confirmation of your order you will receive your Tracking Number with which you may track from point of origin to ultimate destination. Depending on where you are located, you can expect delivery time to range anywhere from one to five days.

As an added precaution, all our cigar boxes are frozen at -20º C during 72 hours, to ensure the absence of Lasioderma (tobacco beetle) and finally stored in our industrial humidors at 16ºC (tolerance ± 2ºC) and 65-70% of humidity.

Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the cigars received, you must return them to us in their original condition and original packaging within seven (7) days from receipt of your shipment. To return the cigars, you must first contact us via email so we can provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Upon receipt of the cigars in strict compliance with this General Terms and Conditions, we will replace the cigars or refund the purchase price of the cigars by crediting your credit card. If the return is the result of our shipping error, we will also refund your postage costs incurred in returning the cigars. For your own protection, we recommend that you ship the cigars back to us using a service that will provide you tracking and insurance.
NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE ISSUED FOR RETURNS NOT COMPLYING WITH THIS GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Shipping Guarantee
CigarTradingOnline guarantees delivery of its products anywhere in the world. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with the courier tracking number. If the products are lost by the courier or due to your country's Customs, we will send a replacement, upon receipt of proof of loss from the courier or your country's Customs. All tobacco shipments require delivery confirmation by signature. A shipment is deemed delivered, upon confirmation of delivery by the courier. Our shipping guarantee does not apply if you request shipment of cigars in the original boxes.

Customs or other import duties
You as the customer is responsible for complying with all the laws of the country where the products are shipped to, and for the payment of any duties or taxes imposed on the shipment by local law.
